The two little daggers are Trucial Oman Scouts officers' collar badges. I can't read the shoulder title, if you post a clearer picture I'll be able to read it.

Default Trucial Oman Scouts Shoulder Title

Only just come across this. The shoulder title reads "Quwwat Sahil Oman" literal translation is "Forces of the coast/Beach of Oman" which was the title for The Trucial Oman Scouts. I have never seen such a shoulder title in use. If used, it must have been in the early days of the TOS.

Just to confirm. These little things are now in my collection. They are very small and I suggest specially made for a child's uniform. I have a uniform that was made for my son, Louis, aged 2, when I was a Battery Commander on the Sultan of Oman's Artillery. He was, by popular vote, promoted to acting, unpaid Lance Bombardier but was demoted on numerous occasions. He was known by my soldiers as al Akh Saghir - Little Brother. Funnily enough his son (3) is Laith - Little Lion.
