Default Norfolk yeomanry post box

Today in Norwich I saw not one but four Norfolk Yeomanry post boxes, including a rare ERII type, and the junk shops are full of Norfolk Yeomanry sweet heart badges. We are so lucky that every Norfolk yeomanry item has a cypher on it. I cant wait for the next king, all those lovely new Norfolk Yeomanry badges.

Have you got a picture of one of these post boxes Andrew?

I thought all post boxes had the Royal cypher?

They are so famous they are even remembered in the Rupblic of Ireland on the post boxes.

Does this explain anything?

Of course Post boxes are very common, however they are nothing to do with the Norfolk Yeomanry.

Anyhow, the E11R boxes are very common, the EVIIIR are rarer

Mmmmm,
we have a mixture of Norfolk Yeomanry boxes and a few Provost Staff Corps (they're the much smaller ones! ) often mistaken for Norfolk Yeo!
