Default A question of sphinxes

Can any one tell me if this design was unique to the Manchesters or used by other regts.

I know the Lincs had a different tail design as did the Glosters but what about the SWB?

Ala,

I believe the female sphinx of that length, that mantle and in WM is unique to the Manchester Regiment pre 1923.

regards
