Royal Irish Fusiliers
My understanding is that this is usually a two piece cap badge but one piece varieties do exist. Does this badge have the characteristics of an original and therefore be woth the trouble of sending it for repair? Or does it bear the hallmarks of a copy?
It does have sweat holes but then again the crown seems to be rather large. Your thoughts please. |

I for one like it, though that's not much of a recommendation.
Cheers Tony.

Thank you.
Looking at other examples which seem to have clearer definition I am not happy with the amount of flashing on the white metal parts. It may just be poor quality control but it may be the sign of a fake. |

A nice badge that has lost it's slider, worth getting repaired IMO.

I have never seen one with the two parts joined like that, but I think it is a manufactures variation.
It looks like a good badge to me and worth repairing. Eddie |

Coincidently, Endici has just listed a badge with similar attached crown in his ebay shop.
