Default ANZAC Bits and Pieces.

These were found in an antique shop in Tasmania as the plaque explains.

Thanks Chaps, not mine unfortunately, I'm re-framing them for a customer.

The plaque with the provenance detail makes all the difference in the world.

Someone knew the difference between history and hoarding!

Nice work that man!

A very nice collection. Unfortunately the NZ badge at the top left hand corner belongs to the NZ Temporary Staff, that was formed during WW2, not WW1. Refer Oldham 7/22.

Cheers

ANZAC Corps, grammatically incorrect.

Hello Phil and Magpie,
I cannot see the headstamps because the bullets are recessed into the brown felt and tied in with army issue thread.

As I said before these are not mine I'm just putting them in another frame.

The WW1 trio medal ribbons look to be a later addition, as does the white/blue "patch".

Phil.
