1st Light Horse (NSW Lancers) Patrol Blues uniform - circa 1948
Previously belonging to LTCOL John Bruce Pye - twice commanding officer of the regiment. He commanded them when they went from a mounted role to a mechanised role in the 1930s. His brief biography is on pages 403 and 404 of the unit history book.
