Thanks for posting all these bits from your collection. Thought you might like these. My great Uncle Arthur William Russell served on the aircraft carrier HMS Formidable through most of the Second World War as a Leading Stoker. I'm particularly fond of his 'crossing the line' certificate which he got in Jan 1941 the first time he crossed the Equator.
