Thanks to everyone for sharing their knowledge. I did a google image search and now I understand point of contact for the Wiltshire badge (and see many that have the little void for sale). I can also see the flash by the wrist and trident that makes my badge not even a good fake. Considering the source of the Buffs badge I'm under no illusion that it is genuine.
Can anyone point out what is wrong with the Buffs badge so us beginners can put some more red flags into our arsenal (or maybe there is another thread that has covered this topic)?
