NB: I think the "Haig Fund" rather than "Haig's Fund" is simply a spelling error by IWM.
I assume the badge (there was also a large paper weight) was produced as a limited edition souvenir to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the Poppy appeal.

Another one turned up on eBay , some of the paint is flaking off but it still went for
£68.00 + £3.50 poatage !
