They are original but given that no regiment is mentioned on the tags they are not Great War vintage. The number 20545 would suggest a pre 1920 regimental number but without a regiment named it could also suggest a post 1920 officer. I have checked the London Gazette and there are no officers called Ruscoe listed. The number 20545 brings up the name of a R.A.F. officer with a different name.
