I think your badge is cross belt badge take a look at items below note cross belt badge with whistle the Oak leaves are an attached item you can see from the rear.
Though yours is the same size as headdress badge!
my WM pouch badge is much smaller and has no crown
Should have said previously brass badge was blackened found in Stafford.
Officers cross belt badge was found in Stone and the pouch badge from a clearance at Yarnfield Stone.
unmarked Silver badge bought off eBay.
Hope this helps yours looks to be WM and not Silver?
