Hi Mark,
Not sure that's a good one unfortunately, slider shape not good and the lack of voiding plus the laurel not meeting the crown on there own are worrying, general appearance poor so me thinks all bad.
The RFC cap badge did come with a slider but more commonly with lugs, I’ll put a couple of pictures on of my genuine one for comparison
