Interesting badges Bill! My impression is that they are similar to the Barabant weave insignia made of silk/rayon (like the interpeter badge from my album and one of the Prinses Irene titles) however the American badges appear to be made of cotton rather than silk?
Mike there are certainly some very nice Barabant weave insignia you show, but I do not think the Jewish Brigade ever was around the Netherlands?
