What you have is a
Class B War Service Badge. "SWB" does not apply here, it is a British Term. The # on all Canadian First World War War Service Badges
does not correspond to the military member's Regimental or Service Number. Merely a badge number.

On the CEF Study Group, member Steve (Vimy_Pilgrim) has a number of SWB Rolls. Unfortunately for his Cl B lists, he can only ID within the foll # range:
Although he has stated that he has some other badge numbers available.

And there are
some badge numbers available (not online) if you contact LAC (Library and Archives Canada). The was a thread on Great War Forum some 10 years back about the Cl A pin but there is some perhaps relevant info there for you. Are you a member there?
