As to the plot and storyline you would almost think the only troops in Aden were the Military Police, Dad seems to recall there was always a Battalion of Infantry, Royal Marines and RAF air cover even in his day when the troubles were only really beginning?
We will carry on watching but for us its not going to be remembered as one of the great television dramas.

If you search Youtube on your father's behalf for "British Army Aden" you will find some excellent, atmospheric contemporary pre-1967 film of both Federal Regular Army and British forces. Mike
