In this case the Marsh catalogue shows the fantasy 3 grenade alongside the 7th London Regt's grenade. I have have had both in my hand at once and the bubbles in the grenade are identical showing that they are from the same die.
Neither had the brasing holes or wires I expect to see in a genuine 7th Londons,
