I've often wondered about the white-metal Australian Field Artillery collars. Some are brooched but many are lugged.

Both Tasmanian field batteries, and No 6 Victorian Battery AFA, were Volunteer units for some time after the 1903 re-organization, and one or another of these might have worn WM badges as they were entitled to.

Certainly there were silver wire-embroidered artillery-related prize badges still being authorized in Contracts Accepted as late as 1907 for NSW and Tasmania. The silver wire-embroidered badges were only for Volunteers.
