The first one is a Royal Navy officers blazer badge. Obviously this one was worn by someone who served prior to Elizabeth II coming to the throne in 1952. But it could have been made at anytime over the last 70 years. However, as it is very similar to my Queen's Crown blazer badge I should think that it is comparatively recent.
