Hi Zob,

Thank you so much for your detailed reply. You suggested number 33 might be Ugandan with the same crested cranes as found on their flag. However the centre of the shield has 3 wavy blue and 3 wavy white lines alternately which don't tie up with Uganda's national colours. Also at the very bottom of the badge is a scroll which appears to possibly read ' consilio vide vigilantia'

Number 34 has indeed been confirmed as Canadian City of London Regiment Fusiliers.rilliant

Number 35 has a shape of a flower above the anchors but I'm not sure if it is the typical Imperial chrysanthemum of Japan. But you could well be right though.

Number 42. I suspect this is a great spot on your part. It looks exactly like the gold eagle on the South African Staff Officers embroidered peaked cap badge as you suggest.

By the way I will let you know if I manage to identify number 27 as you recently expressed an interest in it.
