I've always had my "eagle" button filed as a RIF one. My having it labelled as such for years doesn't mean I havnt misidentified it but to me it was simply a variation of RIF, the tablet under the eagle bearing a small round blob rather than a "8".
Have you checked to see if your RAF button has a left hand thread, anti clockwise rather than clockwise?
