Default 105th Saskatoon Fusiliers Badge

Hello all,

A newbie here, I was going through a bag of badges which belonged to the mother-in-laws uncle who from what I can gather was in the KOYLI during WWI. There are a few different badges in the bag including this Saskatoon Fusiliers badge made by Wicks & Son London.

I believe they became the 105th Fusiliers in 1912 and became attached to the KOYLI in 1914. Can anyone tell me what year this is likely to be and if it is officers or other ranks? I believe they were on the bearskins?

Thanks,

Dave
