I agree, very nice laid out book with quality photo's/images and a nice reference book.
One word of caution is that if your field of interest is Welsh (23rd or 41st) then this book is not for you as no images of HP/CBP or glengarries, all you have is a drawing of a RWF cross belt plate
Other than that it's a recommended buy.
