Here are a couple I have, a large and small, bought separately.

Does anyone else have concerns about these badges? For a badge that surely wouldn't have been produced in any great numbers it is surprising just how often they show up. The use of the wire method of attachment seems to consistent in the different examples otherwise they have the military type loops. To me they are more common than I'd have expected.

Do we know this was ever a badge issued by the British to their interpreters?
