As you say, I didn't think there was a bronze OSD, certainly lack of photographic evidence.
The makers mark on this looks to be on the leak itself, running from top to bottom.
And a good job on the tangs.
Yes, it has the mark where the hexagonal lug should be, but it has the appearance of bronze though, an OR making up his own badge would have surly left it gilding metal.
Unless this badge has been made up to deceive?
All I can say is a lot of effort has been made don't you think?
