Hi Dennis,
I've attached some pictures of the hat and collar badges for the Australian 8th Light Horse Regiment (INDI Light Horse), which were used during WW2.
As you can see the hat badges (pictures via eBay) are stamped STOKES & SONS and the collar badges are stamped STOKES.
