I am absolutely certain that the school wore the first pattern round OTC badge as a cap and as a sporran badge. In 1937 they had adopted the Cameronians bonnet badge which they wore alongside the first pattern badge on their sporrans.

The Corporation badge shown was worn by the Glasgow Corporation staff and interestingly one with an 'Education' scroll was recently sold on ebay.

Once again an error in K&K is the source of the mis-information.

The misidentified K&K 2564 Glasgow High School - this is a similar Education badge - an example sold in 2011 as a possible school inspectors/ truants badge,
