As far as I know these were not carried on by Territorials (TAVR III), but by Volunteers (TAVR II).

E.g.
52nd Lowland Volunteers
5th (Volunteer) Battalion, The Queen's Regiment
The Lancastrian Volunteers
The Fusilier Volunteers (but in this case the badge was also carried by the merged Fusiler Brigade > The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers)
The Wessex Volunteers
The Mercian Volunteers
The Welsh Volunteers

I am of course open for, and in fact wanting for, corrections.
