Found this on QARANC website :

I suspect that it was for a member of the army dental services. Junior female ranks were members of the QARANC until the army medical services reforms in the late 1990s. So although they served with the RADC (Royal Army Dental Corps) they were members of the QARANC, trained at the QA Centre and followed the pay and rank structure of the QAs.
