When I first saw the TOS and description, I was a bit skeptical. According to Chris' site, the badge with saltire was not made until 1988, after Lt Col Culley retired. However, it only makes sense that the former commander would be given one of the new badges, especially since he had only retired a few years prior. There is probably a picture out there somewhere with him wearing this TOS during Remembrance Day and regimental gatherings.
With the precedence, I predict both Lt Col Culley's TOS and glengarry will sell for record prices. Much too high for me, I am afraid.
