Lovely badges you have here, very nice group. Found some IWM archives on line regarding this unit, interesting reading. Page 24 onwards items 235 - 247 cover the VSL. There seems to be some good information here but work within hospitals was certainly there remit. General duties helping out as nursing auxilaries. Mention of emptying bins in there as well!
