Lucas Tooth Medal
The first reference I could find to "non school units" was for 1920. It looks as though the top Cadet Unit in the County TFA was awarded the Lucas Tooth Shield and Medals. If the top unit was a school group, then the top non school group was recognised too. This will need verification. I am concluding that the watered light blue ribbon was for non school units. This will need verification too. Pictured are medals for 1920 and 1930. By 1930, many of the Brigade Cadet Units had left their Cadet days behind them.
