WWI Riding Instructor's Badge?
A recently bought qualification badge which resembles the Riding Instructor's / Horse Breaker's badge of WWI. However, the spur is not displayed on an angle but shown from above and with voids where the leather straps would be fitted. It's a very good quality badge with the usual three lugs and backing plate. Any information or ideas about this variant would be very much appreciated. Cheers Aidan.
