Don't think so. They would be having the standard RIASC or RASC badge for that period.
However in the medals alloted to the RAISC at least there would be a suffix for motor transport (MT) or animal transport (AT) etc and various other sections
Eg: 12345 DVR. HAPPY SINGH, RIASC (MT)
