According to my records, badge n.1 should be about 51mm X 45mm give or take, probably due to manufacturer's differences. (slightly different from yours but still within tolerance)
badge n.2 I do not have the details … perhaps someone else can help here.
badge n.3 is of the "modern" style, ie ; 1890 - 1958 so therefore probably measures 60mm X 58mm
NB: A genuine "old pattern" ie ; "Royal Regiment" 1852 - 1871, or "Royal Scots" 1871 - 1889 should measure 64mm X 60mm. It was a two piece badge ; the wm star backplate being solid with a raised centre. Superimposed on this was a brass St.Andrew with the appropriate title. Hope this answers some of your questions.
