Default Royal 22è Régiment,UK,1939-1940

General Maurice Gamelin, Commander in Chief of the French Army, reviews Canadian troops at Aldershot.With him is the Royal 22è Régiment's CO, Lt.Col. Flynn.

You will notice the lack of modern webbing equipment not worn by the soldiers.....most of the units of the Canadian 1st Division had left Canada equipped with Patt.08 webbing.
