I have managed to identify all of the others except the nautical pennant (which i assume was a patriotic device ?) and the beardy gentleman i have an idea ive seen the picture before in the not too distant past so i should be able to track him down

And i have only just noticed after reviewing my post that underneath Mr Centre gentleman is what appears to be "WH & GW & CO"...manufacturer perhaps ?

Looking at the animals shown on the bottom badge Id say that it has some relation to the Kings Colonials as the 4 Squadron badges have a kangaroo, elephant, beaver and an ostrich. Id say that the military gent in the middle is in fact Lord Kitchener. Whilst I have never seen any thing like it there were a large number of commemorative badges made following the Boer War.
