What is written about is basically a bit of news as written in the weekly addition of the 'Guide' magazine, so nothing specific to India.

Currently my internet service is very haphazard as we are going into lockdown and the internet is been inundated with usage bringing it to a virtual standstill.
Unfortunately I have no information on the boy scouts badge you have. I interest is with Girl Guides badges.
