Also note the soldier fourth from the right is wearing a cloth badge of the RWF Red Dragon Rampant on the upturned side of his slouch hat. An example of the actual badge from the RWF Museum Archive can also be seen below.

Although not seen in the picture many officers used a service dress collar badge as their slouch hat cap badge.
