Another great photo confirming the "end of War" DHY.
755 (DHY) 345201 (24RWF) Cpl. H M Smith and 632 (DHY) 345170 (24RWF) RSM Crinyion DCM
Both wearing polished brass POWFs (their old Bronzed brass badges) and their "DHY" Green/White shoulder flashes. The Green/White Pagri badge was a DHY badge worn in Egypt 1916, on the canal defences, prior to the 1917 Allenby order to form the 74th Yeomanry Division. So the 24th (DHY) Btn RWF continued its use 1917/18.
* Cpl smith is not wearing RWF shoulder titles.... it appears to be the Y/Denbigh brass title.
