Hi Tim
It is 4cm by 4cm. My initial thoughts were that was too big for a WO2 badge, but perhaps I've just got skinny wrists.
On further reflection and a bit of size comparison with another I have to admit you are absolutely spot on and perhaps I need to spend more time in the gym.
