As looking through the Brian L .Davis book it lists in the 1944 regs, Hospitial Cooks as Group A and B trades and entitled to wear either the gothic A or B trade badge, also it lists Baker and Butcher as Group C trades and entitled to wear the gothic C trade badge.
But it also lists Cook (other than Hospitial) as a Group B trade but allowed to wear the italic C trade trade badge.
Can't find anything on the square C as listed on the ebay listing though.
