Hi Edy, nice work, I concur, 2nd pattern is a good way of referring to this variation of shoulder title.
What is noticeable is that they all have footings at the top and bottom of the "D".
I wasn't going to post this picture as it was a sent to me years ago by someone, who had received it from someone else who I know is a member of this forum, so I have cropped it down to show just two of the 9 shoulder titles that were in the picture.
The bottom one is the same one being offered by Swende.
