The badge you display with the UBIQUE scroll is that authorised in 1927 for the RCA and CA, amending the 1907 Dress Regulations for officers (GO 42/27). Similarly notified for ORs in 1929 (GO 105/29).
It was the general pattern in use until 1961, comes in a couple of different designs and finishes, and there are multiple manufacturers die variations.
The badge with CANADA scroll came first, not certain when it was introduced but certainly appears in the 1907 Dress Regulations.
