Image 23746 is part of the numeric series (accession 1962-50) and the photo will be held by Library & Archives Canada. I checked and it has not been converted to a PA number or digitized and given an e- number.
A researcher (such as Ken Joyce) could order up the negative quite simply and take a digital image for you. If several photos were taken at the same event they will all be in the same file.
