Gents, if it helps identify the type of 'official' wings currently worn and produced by the Indian army, see attached. I obtained these at Army HQ on the cantonment at Delhi last summer, where they are manufactured.
Highlighted is the woven type, which illustrates the pattern of stitching on the parachute and parachute cords etc.
