Royal Flying Corps SWB rolls are on Ancestry under UK, Silver War Badge Records 1914-1920, and RNAS SWB rolls are on Ancestry under UK, Naval Medal and Award Rolls 1793-1972.
There doesn't appear to be one for the RAF either on Ancestry or Discovery at the National Archives.
