Hi Alan,
As part of the contract with the print brokers in USA I was able to obtain 10 advance copies of the main shipment via airmail. Unfortunately, these could have been disposed of many times over to members on the forum and it was a great problem in deciding who to 'release' them to.
Sorry that I had to miss you out this time as the badges you let me borrow were essential to the book. I will put your name down for a copy of the first shipment of books out of New Zealand and will contact you as soon as they arrive.
