They are almost certain in WO (up to 1964) thereafter MoD archives in the National Archives.

Here are a few references that I went through. It might take a while to find my notes. Though I don't do much research post 2nd WW - 1967 at the very latest!

National Archives
WO 32 War Office and successors: Registered Files (General Series), 1845-1985 LOADS in WO32

32/16956 Anodised Badges – Policy
32/13024 Regimental Dress and Badges. Officers (Code 43M): Sealed patterns: officer’s devices 1948-1968
32/12979 54 General A 88. Dress distinction for Regiments and Corps
32/13313 TA OTC & Cadets (Code no 6F) Univ TC shoulder titles and cap badges
32/13975 54/Gen A 274 registered 7.2.1950 first jacket

It might be useful to go through TNA search for TA - or Dress Regulations (I think there are also the minutes of the Dress Committee)

Most of the post-war "List of Changes" mostly in the Royal Armouries, Leeds but there are some at Woolwich also.

If I find any other references I'll pass them on...

Good luck...
