No problems Andy. The quality of the strike especially to the rear, the loops and attaching braze, the style and finish of the Sphinx on the Officer’s glengarry and the finish and strike of its surround are all guides. Look through some Bosley’/DNW catalogues and see some genuine ones with the quality of strike, loops, general aged appearance but still not easy until they look and feel right in your hand. I watch King’s Colonials Badges go for big $ on e shop and think poor buyer seeing others bidding getting spurred on even bad copies.
