I would say you have an early variation of the Belg. para "A" wing, late '40's-early '50's. Based on the British wing that Belgians qualified for during WWII. After the war the Belgians used this as a model for their newly created Para Regiment. Worn by Army personnel who successfully completed the jump course, and being posted to the Para-Commando Brigade. All other Army personnel would wear the Para "B" qual, that is a half- wing.
